The Work You'll Do:

The Collections Analyst is primarily responsible for timely collection of open accounts receivable balances, resolution of disputed items and preparation of management reports including budgeting and forecasting for billing and receivables.

More specifically you will:

• Contact customers to ensure payment made timely on accounts including placing daily collection calls
• Develop positive relationships while maintaining customer standards with a focus on problem solving
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies for customer accounts
• Timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
• Perform required tasks independently as well as contribute as needed in a team environment
• Track and submit refunds for customers with credit balances
• Investigate and assist with resolving disputes on customer accounts
• Prepare reports including budgeting and forecasting for collections.
• Assist with additional accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Accounts Receivable and Collection experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Must be well organized and a self-starter.
• Problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
