The Work You'll Do:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze and report on the performance of various digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly growth and digital channel reports, providing strategic recommendations, and optimizing campaigns to drive better results.

You will leverage your expertise in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and other paid and organic channels to continuously improve campaign performance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Growth marketing team and help shape the future of our growth marketing efforts

More specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with Internal & External Stakeholders: Partner with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop, track, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly growth and digital channel performance.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze digital campaigns across all channels (paid and organic), providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness, drive higher engagement, and improve ROI.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Prepare detailed reports using key platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, GA4 , Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools. Use data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Best Practice Guidance: Provide strategic recommendations and ensure best practices are followed for successful campaign execution, ensuring smooth operations and measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure all growth marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and goals.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, specifically with expertise in analyzing and reporting on paid ad platforms and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools. Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and managing both paid and organic campaigns is a must.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights that drive marketing performance and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, staying organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all reporting and analyses, ensuring that campaigns and results are closely monitored and optimized.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving marketing strategies.
