The Work You'll Do:

Join our dynamic development team where you'll translate customer needs into innovative software solutions that drive our global compliance platform forward. You'll work collaboratively in an agile environment, bringing technical expertise and creative problem-solving to deliver features that serve over 100,000 customers worldwide.

More specifically, you will:

• Translate customer requirements into high-quality code, including upgrades, repairs, and new feature development that meets our rigorous standards
• Lead technical planning by estimating development timelines, identifying optimal solutions, and proactively anticipating potential challenges
• Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, automated test development, and active participation in Agile/Scrum processes
• Develop deep expertise in core application modules while providing proactive troubleshooting and technical support to enhance client experience
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, thoughtfully challenging requirements based on technical experience to optimize outcomes

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred, with minimum 3 years of professional development experience
• Intermediate English proficiency and strong knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with these technologies: C#, SQL, Javascript
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities, deliver results in fast-paced environments, and adapt effectively to change
• Strong planning, time management, and decision-making skills with high initiative and commitment to continuous learning
