The Work You'll Do:
At Sovos, we're looking for an Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst who will work closely with our internal Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounting teams to provide ongoing support and maintenance of our business systems, processes, and data.
As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all end-to-end Order to Cash flow processes, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting critical financial operations. You'll have the opportunity to design reporting solutions, partner with team leaders, and contribute to transformation projects that enhance our financial ecosystem.
More specifically, you will:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes, recommending and presenting ongoing continuous improvements

Support billing/training, project coordination, documentation creation and maintenance, while accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting

Design and develop reports and dashboards to track performance and progress of the OTC Team while partnering with OTC leaders on work calendars

Manage worklist preparation processes for Latam collections & billing using specialized tools, and oversee monthly Latam customer PI process, including sweep sheets, close-won finance approval process, and NetSuite synchronization

Identify and implement process improvements such as strengthening deal approval and cash application efficiency measures while providing cross-functional support to OTC and Finance management

Participate in providing use cases and other business needs for broader system transformation initiatives, including amendments and subscription billing tool implementation

Assist in the development of internal audits and controls to ensure integrity of business processes and data are maintained
What We Need From You

Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration or similar

Understanding of standard business practices related to OTC processes and systems (Sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, billing, accounts receivable, cash flow at risk, and renewal quotes)

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel expertise, ability to use Salesforce.com preferred

Strong logical and quantitative skills with the ability to determine trends and propose solutions

Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
