The Work You'll Do:

As our Managed Services AI Implementation Director, you'll shape the future of AI within our organization while building world-class capabilities that drive significant business value.

Reporting to the Global VP of Managed Services, you'll lead the strategic planning, execution, and governance of AI initiatives that transform how we deliver compliance services. This isn't just about implementing technology—it's about reimagining processes, empowering teams, and creating competitive advantages that benefit our clients across 100+ countries.

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge AI expertise with business strategy, all while working with diverse stakeholders to solve real business challenges that impact millions of transactions annually.

More specifically, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI implementation strategy aligned with Managed Services business objectives, creating roadmaps that prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility

• Lead multiple concurrent AI projects with business impacts ranging from $500K to $5M+, establishing standardized methodologies and best practices for successful delivery

• Evaluate and select AI platforms, tools, and vendor partnerships while overseeing model development, testing, validation, and deployment processes that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements

• Build consensus among diverse internal stakeholders on AI priorities and approaches, presenting initiatives and ROI metrics to leadership while facilitating workshops to increase AI literacy across the organization

• Establish AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines in collaboration with Technology and Product teams, ensuring responsible deployment while staying current with emerging technologies

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field, with 8+ years of technology implementation experience (5+ years specifically in AI/ML)

• Experience with generative AI, large language models, and AI-powered automation, alongside knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability frameworks

• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data governance practices, with familiarity with programming languages and AI development tools

• Strong business acumen that translates technical capabilities into business value, with project portfolio management experience and excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage vendor relationships, and thrive in ambiguous environments while making decisions with incomplete information

• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
