The Work You'll Do:
The Junior Field Marketing Specialist is the primary driver to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support the various business goals identified during annual operating plans (AOP). This role is responsible for ideating, facilitating creation and execute campaigns that drive growth (demand generation) expansion (upsell), promote customer retention, and increase brand recognition/awareness for line of business.
A hallmark of a great field marketer is that they are able to wear many hats and juggle multiple projects, campaigns, initiatives at a time and possess the knowledge to execute campaigns that employ tactics that include digital marketing, events, email marketing, social media, webinars, PR, Analyst reports.
This function resides under the Go to Market Team and reports to the Marketing Director.

More specifically, you will:
- Develop and Drive end to end integrated multi touch, multi-channel campaign execution for demand generation, upsell and customer retention using marketing tools available and partnering closely with the brand marketing team
- Manage events strategy for the line of business: identify and assist in execution of hosted and sponsored events in collaboration with the events and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
- Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling to promote upsell as well as customer retention
- Partner with your manager to track budgets, forecast, measure, analyze, and report on impact of programs executed
- Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Develop a strong understanding of the digital landscape and execute tactics and activations that help improve SEO for LOB as well as partner with brand marketing teams to launch digital campaigns
- Assist the team in integrating marketing functions from mergers and acquisitions as needed as the business continues to grow
- Develop a deep understanding of Sovos’s sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration

What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- English advanced level
- Portuguese is a plus
- Familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
- Must demonstrate strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to target markets
- Basic knowledge/has the ability to proactively learn Salesforce.com and Marketo
