- Build a world-class function: Lead and grow a high-performing enablement team, establishing clear charters, playbooks, and operational rhythms.
- Accelerate ramp & productivity: Design onboarding and role-specific training programs that reduce ramp time and increase time-to-quota attainment.
- Drive continuous learning: Deliver ongoing enablement around sales methodology, product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.
- Partner across the business: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to ensure alignment of messaging, priorities, and execution.
- Enable through technology: Oversee enablement platforms and content management systems to ensure tools are intuitive, scalable, and widely adopted.
- Measure impact: Define and track enablement KPIs such as quota attainment, pipeline conversion, certification completion, and program ROI.
- Support GTM transformation: Play a key role in major product launches, regional mandate campaigns, pricing initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Engage executives & board: Serve as the CMO's strategic partner, providing insights and enablement outcomes to senior leadership and board stakeholders.
- Partner enablement: You will manage a partner enablement team that helps partners drive technical implementations of our indirect tax products.
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, sales leadership, or related GTM functions at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
