The Work You'll Do:

At Sovos, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in finding exceptional individuals who drive our continued growth and innovation. As a Contract Recruiting Sourcer, you'll identify and engage talented professionals across our global markets to support our hiring initiatives. This is a temporary 4-month contract position where you'll work closely with our recruitment team to build candidate pipelines and enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

More specifically, you will:

• Research and identify qualified candidates across various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
• Proactively source potential candidates for open roles through creative search techniques
• Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to candidates in multiple languages (English, Spanish, and Portuguese)
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on sourcing activities within our Applicant Tracking System
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine sourcing strategies
• Participate in recruiting events and initiatives to expand our talent network
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow-up
• Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks as needed

What We Need From You

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or HR functions (1-3 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Understanding of technology concepts and terminology to effectively screen technical candidates
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates
• Availability for a 4-month contract engagement with possible extension based on business needs
