The Work You'll Do:
We are looking for a Professional Services Operations Analyst to support Professional Services operations across EMEA. The role focuses on enabling smooth project delivery, assisting Sales teams with client deliverables, and providing actionable insights through KPI tracking and reporting.
More specifically you will:
- Support the Sales team by creating of Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Create projects in Cloud Coach for new Implementations and Service Requests to enable Professional Services to accurately manage their projects
- Provide accurate monthly billing data to Finance
- Provide direct user support on Cloud Coach
- Provide assistance with PS support/training, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting
- Implement and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Cloud Coach data
- Prepare accurate utilization and billing data for the Board of Directors on a monthly basis
- Maintain reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales, PS, and Finance departments
- Work with Finance and the regions to ensure effective use and adoption of CloudCoach solution for time tracking, capacity planning, and invoicing
- Provide cross-functional support and assist management on projects as needed
- Act as a liaison with other departments by understanding the PS model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures
- Manage on-going Cloud Coach usability and efficiency training as needed
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders

What We Need from You
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields or equivalent degree/experience
- 1–3 years of analyst experience, ideally gained in professional services, operations, or a similar environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Salesforce.com experience, preferred
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience
- Project management and training experience, preferred
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating and leading classroom and live web-cast delivery
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated willingness to learn and self-teach
- Ability to lead and actively participate on working teams
- Ability to work with and protect confidential information, required
- Off-business hours may be occasionally required to service locations outside Turkey
