The Work You'll Do:
The Sales Operations Analyst II partners closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize business systems, streamline processes, and maintain data integrity across our go-to-market operations.
More specifically, you will:
- Provide assistance with sales support/training, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting
- Serve as the Go –To Market representative for the Sales Ops team
- Provide direct user support on SFDC (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales force
- Implement and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data
- Develop comprehensive sales analytics providing actionable insights to leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional partners
- Create and maintain internal controls, system documentation, and the Sales Operations Manual
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests while serving as subject matter expert on reporting tools and methodologies
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless information flow across systems and departments
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive process optimization and user support
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
- Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience with required Salesforce.com proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills
- Deep understanding of Sales Operations processes including sales cycles, CRM applications, forecasting, territory management, and quota administration
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft suite
- Strong project management capabilities with proven training and facilitation experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated learner who thrives in team environments while driving independent initiatives
