The Work You'll Do:
As our Senior Facilities Manager, you'll be the architect of workplace experiences that inspire innovation and collaboration across our global offices. This role goes beyond traditional facilities management -- you'll execute strategies that enhance employee engagement while driving our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments forward. Working closely with our Enablement teams, you'll ensure our workspaces reflect Sovos's culture of innovation and excellence.
In this dynamic position, you'll shape how our teams experience Sovos every day, from Santiago to São Paulo and beyond. Your expertise will directly impact employee satisfaction and productivity while contributing to our sustainability goals and operational excellence.
More specifically, you will:
- Execute and refine our global real estate strategy, managing facility operations across multiple offices while ensuring alignment with our design standards and workspace vision
- Lead office transformation projects including buildouts, relocations, and renovations, partnering with local teams to deliver spaces that foster collaboration and innovation
- Establish comprehensive facilities metrics and reporting systems that drive data-informed decisions about our workspace strategy and investments
- Champion ESG initiatives within our facilities, identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint while enhancing the employee experience
- Build strong partnerships with facility vendors and real estate partners, ensuring service excellence and value optimization across all locations
- Respond swiftly to building system challenges, coordinating with local teams to minimize disruption and maintain productive work environments
- Collaborate across departments and geographies to ensure our facilities support both local needs and global strategic objectives
What We Need From You
- 3+ years of proven experience in facility services or facility management, with international experience being a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate dynamics and facility management best practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from frontline teams to C-suite executives
- Service-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple departments and organizational levels
- Outstanding organizational capabilities with proven success managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Problem-solving expertise with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Technology proficiency with facility management systems and standard business applications
- Flexibility for occasional travel to Sovos locations and company events
- Ability to analyze complex facilities challenges and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions
