The Work You'll Do:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll drive growth within our existing client base by identifying opportunities to expand their use of Sovos' compliance solutions. You'll review contracts, conduct use case discussions, and leverage your GST industry expertise to help clients navigate their compliance challenges. Managing a balanced pipeline, you'll build long-term relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax compliance matters.

More specifically, you will:

  • Review and articulate the value of Sovos' SaaS-based products, with focus on GST and tax compliance solutions
  • Grow and manage pipeline across assigned territory, achieving contract management and business growth
  • Deliver profitable new agreements while meeting and exceeding revenue targets and quotas
  • Leverage GST industry knowledge to understand client compliance challenges and shape solutions
  • Build year-over-year track record of consistent performance with large enterprise accounts
  • Provide accurate sales data and forecasting in Salesforce.com
  • Act as a role model, mentoring team and sharing best practices

What We Need From You:

  • 2+ years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience
  • Strong background in GST compliance, tax technology, ERP systems, or related industry
  • Met or exceeded annual quota for at least two years
  • Experience with SaaS solutions/environments preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations
  • Experience with procurement, legal, and renewal negotiations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
