The Work You'll Do:

At Sovos, we're transforming how companies around the world manage tax compliance—helping half of the Fortune 500 and thousands more stay ahead in a complex, ever-changing global landscape. As a Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, generating demand, and supporting revenue goals across North America through strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives.

This is your opportunity to lead the charge in creating memorable experiences that engage prospects and customers at every touchpoint. From industry tradeshows and regional roadshows to webinars and field-based programs, you'll craft targeted campaigns that resonate locally while supporting our global mission. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partner, and customer success teams, you'll ensure every program is strategically aligned and delivers measurable business impact.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your creativity and strategic thinking directly influence pipeline and revenue growth, this role is for you.

More specifically, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and manage in-person and digital field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue goals for various lines of business
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support North American sales initiatives and develop marketing plans aligned to target markets and strategic accounts
  • Manage events (in-person and virtual) including logistics, promotions, content, execution, and post-event lead follow-up to ensure impact and ROI
  • Drive pipeline and brand awareness through an integrated webinar program that includes pre and post promotion and lead handover
  • Own the North America roadshow strategy and execution, establishing pre-event and post-event processes to maximize pipeline and ROI
  • Localize global campaigns for specific lines of business and geographic markets
  • Collaborate on field-led programs that support ABM efforts and drive sales strategy to reach key accounts
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with BDR, sales, strategy, and global marketing teams
  • Support internal events like President's Club and SKO as needed

What We Need From You

  • BA/BS in business or comparable experience
  • 7+ years of experience in field and event marketing in B2B Tech or SaaS
  • A track record of partnering with sales to build pipeline and drive revenue
  • A true team player who values collaboration and focuses on results
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines
  • Strong partnerships with marketing operations and finance teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Marketo, Cvent, On24, Parmonic or similar tools are preferred
