The Work You'll Do:

Using the latest technologies such as GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, Puppet, and RunDeck, the Dev Ops Engineer III works closely with Agile Development teams and the SaaS Operations department to understand, analyze, and design quality technical solutions that support our Agile Software Development Life Cycle model. You will design and implement multiple applications' build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.

More specifically, you will:

• Define and implement processes to maintain software products' configuration and infrastructure servers' configuration
• Maintain applications and tools within the Development team throughout the SDLC
• Create documentation following industry standards for process definition and user training purposes
• Work within an agile team to develop software solutions and provide guidance on best practices within Configuration Management
• Re-evaluate current Configuration Management practices to propose improvements regularly
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance deployment pipelines and operational efficiency

What We Need From You

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field
• Knowledge of SaaS technologies and SDLC processes
• Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell
• Familiarity with private repositories, such as GitHub preferred
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Some off-hour responsibilities may be required
• AI-first mindset with enthusiasm for leveraging automation and emerging technologies
• Ability to interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts
• Ability to concentrate, analyze, and resolve complex problems
• Ability to utilize technology (e.g., phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire
