The Work You'll Do:

The Professional Services (Delivery) Operations Analyst – Level II plays a key role in enabling the successful delivery of Professional Services by translating data into insights, optimizing workflows, and supporting operational excellence across the organization. This role partners closely with Delivery Leadership, Project Managers, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen decisionmaking through highquality analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling stories that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. They excel at mapping and improving workflows, proposing scalable solutions, and driving efficiency in a rapidly evolving environment. This role blends handson operational support (such as Cloud Coach governance, SOW creation, project setup, and reporting), with broader contributions to system improvements and Delivery operations.

To succeed in this position, the analyst must demonstrate excellent prioritization skills, a strong sense of urgency, and consistent adherence to standards, processes, and direction. They operate with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task while balancing multiple responsibilities. This person is collaborative, curious, and proactive, someone who communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and brings a structured, solutionoriented mindset to both daily tasks and longterm initiatives.

More specifically you will:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and portfolio reporting that give clear visibility into capacity, backlog, forecasting, utilization, and overall project health.

  • Analyze delivery and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, translating insights into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Cloud Coach, Salesforce, and related systems, maintain standardized KPIs and reporting frameworks.

  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews and leadership reporting, including adhoc analyses and Boardlevel metrics.

  • Map and optimize workflows, proposing and implementing scalable process improvements.

  • Create and set up projects in Cloud Coach for new delivery sales, ensuring governance, data integrity, and smooth project tracking.

  • Support Sales and PS teams by creating and validating Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with delivery standards.

  • Provide Cloud Coach support, including troubleshooting, training, documentation, and continuous usability enhancements.

  • Partner with Finance and regional teams to support accurate time tracking, invoicing, capacity planning, and revenuerelated workflows.

  • Collaborate across PS (Delivery), Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to keep processes, data, and reporting aligned and consistent.

  • Maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and onboarding/training materials, and lead or support crossfunctional initiatives to improve systems and data flows.

What We Need from You

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business operations, analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong handson experience in data analytics and reporting (required).

  • Exposure to Professional Services delivery workflows or project management practices is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).

  • Familiarity with analytics or BI tools such as Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau, or similar (preferred).

  • Ability to manage, validate, and interpret data across systems such as Cloud Coach, Salesforce, and other business applications.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, capable of turning complex data into insights, narratives, and recommendations.

  • Skilled at workflow mapping and process evaluation; able to identify gaps and propose scalable improvements.

  • Excellent prioritization and timemanagement skills, with a strong sense of urgency and high attention to accuracy.

  • Comfortable following established standards, processes, and direction while proactively seeking improvements where appropriate.

Communication, Collaboration & Professional Attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Effective collaborator able to build strong working relationships across Delivery, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and other internal teams.

  • Comfortable delivering training sessions, walkthroughs, and virtual presentations when needed.

  • Selfmotivated, reliable, and detailoriented, with a willingness to learn, selfteach, and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in managing sensitive or confidential information (required).

  • Capable of analyzing and resolving complex problems independently and collaboratively.

  • Flexibility to support international teams across EMEA, US, and LATAM, including occasional offbusiness hours or limited travel.
