The Work You’ll Do:
Lead and scale our EMEA Professional Services Operations team in a high-impact, autonomous role. You'll manage a team of Operations Analysts while owning the operational backbone of our delivery organization—from project setup and data governance to executive reporting and process optimization. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
More specifically you will:
- Team Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple seniority levels
- Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals
- Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges.
- Operational Excellence
- Drive end-to-end SOW lifecycle, project governance, and delivery system administration (Cloud Coach, Salesforce)
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for capacity, utilization, forecasting, and billing
- Ensure data integrity across systems and translate complex data into executive-ready insights
- Continuously improve workflows and document operational playbooks
- Strategic Partnership
- Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success leadership as their trusted operational advisor
- Present operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale PS operations globally
What We Need From You:
- 5+ years in operations, analytics, or PMO roles with proven team leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)
- Experience with CRM/delivery systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Understanding of professional services delivery models and project governance
- Excellent communication skills—you can influence across all levels without authority
- Fluent English
- A structured, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a global environment
- High urgency, high ownership, high accountability
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Flexibility for global time zones occasionally required.
