The Work You’ll Do:

Lead and scale our EMEA Professional Services Operations team in a high-impact, autonomous role. You'll manage a team of Operations Analysts while owning the operational backbone of our delivery organization—from project setup and data governance to executive reporting and process optimization. This is a player-coach role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

More specifically you will:

  • Team Leadership
    • Build and develop a high-performing operations team across multiple seniority levels
    • Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals
    • Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive end-to-end SOW lifecycle, project governance, and delivery system administration (Cloud Coach, Salesforce)
    • Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for capacity, utilization, forecasting, and billing
    • Ensure data integrity across systems and translate complex data into executive-ready insights
    • Continuously improve workflows and document operational playbooks
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner with Delivery, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success leadership as their trusted operational advisor
    • Present operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale PS operations globally

What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years in operations, analytics, or PMO roles with proven team leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)
  • Experience with CRM/delivery systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Understanding of professional services delivery models and project governance
  • Excellent communication skills—you can influence across all levels without authority
  • Fluent English
  • A structured, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a global environment
  • High urgency, high ownership, high accountability
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Flexibility for global time zones occasionally required.
