The Work You'll Do
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and client satisfaction by managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will review contracts, identify opportunities for increased product usage, and lead compliance discussions to ensure clients maximize the value of Sovos solutions. Your expertise in territory planning and understanding client needs will help shape effective sales strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients, and ensuring their compliance requirements are met efficiently. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of Sovos in the market.
More specifically, you will:
- Review and assess contracts to identify opportunities for increased product adoption
- Manage and grow a balanced pipeline across your assigned territory
- Deliver profitable new agreements and meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas
- Build a consistent track record of performance using multiple contract management approaches
- Provide accurate sales data and forecasts in Salesforce.com
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior with all stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
- Communicate product value and set clear expectations throughout the sales cycle
What We Need From You
- 2+ years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Experience with SaaS solutions or environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to grow and retain business and exceed targets
- Strong consultative skills to shape long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for challenging conversations
- Experience with procurement, legal, and renewal negotiations
- Commitment to personal development and continuous learning
