The Work You'll Do:

As a Network Operations Center Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting an organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role operates within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT operations team and serves as a critical first line of defense against network outages, performance degradation, and connectivity issues.

The analyst proactively monitors network systems, responds to alerts and incidents, troubleshoots network problems, and escalates complex issues to engineering teams as needed. They also document incidents, support change management processes, and help ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

You will serve as a critical link between customer support and engineering teams, managing complex technical issues that require specialized expertise. This role is responsible for driving technical problem resolution, coordinating cross-functional resources, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders during incidents.

More specifically, you will:

  • Monitor network systems and services using NOC tools and dashboards.
  • Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network issues promptly.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or supervisors.
  • Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in implementing network changes and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for compliance and analysis.
  • Manage technical escalations by triaging issues, determining root causes, and coordinating resolution efforts
  • Serve as technical point of contact during critical incidents, providing updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document technical issues, workarounds, and resolutions in knowledge management systems
  • Identify patterns in escalated issues to recommend product improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 coverage for critical issues

What We Need From You

  • 1–3 years of experience in network monitoring or support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to understand complex technical systems
  • Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Self – motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with incident management processes and tools
  • Time management skills to balance multiple support cases with varying priorities
  • Language - Able to speak and write English for phone calls/messages to customers and internal stakeholders
