The Work You'll Do
As Partner Account Manager, you will drive the growth and success of Sovos’ channel partnerships across Chile and the broader South & Central America region. You will be the primary relationship owner for key partners, including TD Synnex, value-added resellers, and the Big 4 advisory firms, shaping Sovos’ channel ecosystem and revenue strategy. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and global alliances teams, co-developing business plans and expanding Sovos’ market presence. You will play a pivotal role in building scalable partnerships, ensuring Sovos is the compliance partner of choice, and contributing to the company’s leadership in a dynamic compliance market.
More specifically, you will:
- Manage and grow revenue through TD Synnex, reseller partners, and Big 4 advisory firms across Chile and SSA, driving year-over-year improvement in sourced and co-sell pipeline
- Collaborate with regional Account Executives and sales leadership to leverage partner relationships for new account entry and accelerated growth
- Develop and execute joint business plans with named partners, defining commercial goals, go-to-market activities, and success metrics
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting for all partner-influenced and partner-sourced opportunities
- Establish structured business cadences, including Quarterly Business Reviews, executive alignment sessions, and regular pipeline reviews
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new reseller and advisory partners to expand Sovos’ route-to-market coverage
- Build market-driven partner recruitment plans aligned to regional revenue targets and enablement requirements
- Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop joint solutions and execute go-to-market programs that create incremental sales opportunities
What We Need From You
- 5–8 years of proven success in channel/partner sales, alliance management, or business development within the software or SaaS industry
- Experience managing distributor relationships with major technology distributors, including knowledge of distribution business models and reseller ecosystems
- Track record of building strategic relationships with Big 4 firms from advisory, vendor, or client-side perspectives
- Demonstrated ability to achieve partner revenue objectives and drive accurate forecasting
- Ability to develop and implement partner business plans that deliver commercial goals
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across internal stakeholders
- Business acumen and knowledge of the Chilean and SSA market, including partner dynamics and compliance landscape
- Fluent in Spanish with professional proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field required; MBA preferred but not required
