The Work You'll Do:

We're looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of targeted marketing initiatives designed to boost brand visibility, generate demand, and support revenue goals. In this role, you'll develop and manage a variety of programmes, including webinars, hosted events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to engage prospects and customers across the EMEA region.

This position works cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, partner, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive impactful results that support overall business objectives.

More specifically, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and manage hosted events, trade shows, webinars, and integrated marketing programmes that drive pipeline and revenue goals across various lines of business
  • Collaborate with sales to support EMEA sales initiatives and develop marketing plans aligned to target markets and strategic accounts
  • Drive pipeline and brand awareness through an integrated webinar programme that includes pre- and post-promotion and lead handover
  • Establish pre- and post-programme processes to maximise pipeline and ROI
  • Localise global campaigns for specific lines of business and geographic markets
  • Collaborate on field-led programmes that support ABM efforts and drive sales strategy to reach key accounts
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve campaign targeting, performance analysis, and personalisation at scale
  • Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities, including global and local programmes
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with BDR, sales, strategy, and global marketing teams
  • Support internal programmes as needed

What We Need From You

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or comparable education
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in field marketing activities in B2B technology or SaaS environments is a plus
  • A track record of partnering with sales to build pipeline and drive revenue
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams on tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using AI tools to support campaign optimisation, reporting, and marketing productivity
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Marketo, Cvent, Goldcast or similar platforms preferred
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire
