Join the Strategic Insights team as an Account Manager, where you will utilize Stackline’s proprietary data set to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic planning for the ecommerce operations of the biggest brands in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Support engagements with leading global brands by providing actionable, accurate, and timely analyses
  • Own relationships with medium-sized brands, leveraging Stackline’s data to deliver top-quality insights for key clients
  • Enhance brands’ ecommerce operations by identifying optimizations within pricing/promotions, advertising, content, and more
  • Synthesize significant amounts of data and analyses into digestible insights for internal and external audiences
  • Lead client calls to address project work, discuss business trends, and plan future engagements
  • Generate reports analyzing historical performance and forecasting expected future sales and share
  • Become deeply familiar with Stackline’s various software products as an SME for clients
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to scale and/or automate existing service offerings

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant account management experience
  • 4+ years e-commerce retail OR consulting experience
  • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze large amounts of data and draw insights
  • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to tell compelling and actionable stories
  • Deep sense of curiosity about new topics and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows.
  • Track record of synthesizing various data inputs into cohesive, creative, and polished client deliverables
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience manipulating large datasets with technologies such as SQL
  • Confidence to jump in the deep end, try new things, and learn from mistakes – all with a sense of excitement about the journey

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and performance. The pay range for this position located in Seattle is $92,000 - $125,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
