Description

The Warehouse Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all functions related to receiving, inventory, replenishments, returns and quality control.


JOB SUMMARY

  • Manage inbound flow and Appointment system
  • Leverage Systems (CTL) to create inbound visibility reports
  • Monitor vendor compliance by reporting issues to the appropriate department
  • Coordinate, execute, analyze, and track audit results and assemble vendor score cards.
  • Oversees all activities related to inventory control including cycle counting, pick slots, relocate items, manage inventory adjustments
  • Oversee the Receiving, Replenishment, and Machine Operator teams to ensure processes remain efficient and set priorities based on workload
  • Document Standards of Practice as required
  • Monitoring, appraising, and training of staff
  • Oversee the receiving of Direct to Consumer and Wholesale returns
  • Coordinate inspections for quality control and quality assurance
  • Manage, file and track freight claims and vendor chargebacks
  • Report weekly and monthly Inbound metrics
  • Coordinate labeling as needed

Shift is M - F, 7 am - 3:30 pm

Salary for this role is $58K-$65K

Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of warehouse experience including inventory management
  • Proficient in software applications, warehouse management systems, and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Must have experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and fork lifts. Experience with reach trucks preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time
  • May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require
  • Strong verbal and written communication required
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
