Description

Job Objective

The Sales Operations Coordinator role is responsible for providing support to the Wholesale team, audit orders to expedite correct order processing and release, assist with reporting requirements for the department, and maintain shared department documents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor open order report daily to audit pricing, e.g. discounts, free shipping, delivered pricing
  2. Act as liaison between Wholesale and Finance and Distribution Center to troubleshoot order delays and issues
  3. Scrub orders to ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion, ensure no orders are held up by payment, credit card, order or GSA hold, backorders, etc.
  4. Assist in processing credits/returns for the Wholesale Department
  5. Enter sample requests from/for brokers and key customers
  6. Manage third party logistics from end to end including, but not limited to, dropship for .com customers, west coast distribution centers shipping on our behalf, etc.
  7. Maintain office calendar, including events, in office vs at work from home days, travel days, tradeshows, etc
  8. Maintain office documents, including FAQ, training videos and documents table of contents, portal sites/passwords, Sales & Operations planning document
  9. Broker Portal Management-download demo reports, claims etc.
  10. Reporting/light analytics on promotion performance, order trends, order holds, etc.
  11. Manage contact on global data management systems.
  12. Mange Store Locator report and work with third party vendor to keep up to date on our website.
  13. Depending on business needs may serve as backup for Wholesale Account Specialists.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Serve as back up for Inside Sales Representatives on vacation and during busy seasoning, answering phones and entering orders
  2. Perform other duties as assigned
  3. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements

  1. High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, folder/electronic filing cabinet organizational skills, and knowledge of Business Central a plus.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
  4. Basic math skills required.
  5. Ability to work in a fluid environment and able troubleshoot questions and issues.
Salary Description
$20.00-$22.00/hr
