The Store & Cafe Associate is responsible for assisting guests in a helpful, positive manner while maintaining the appearance of the store to company standards and for assisting with operational and merchandising duties as directed.

• Part-time seasonal, 5 - 10 hours per week from 11/1/24 - 1/5/25.
• Pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY

• Greet and assist guests and drive sales by understanding their needs and wants by offering assistance in a positive manner
• Promotes the brand in stores and at events in the community
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions at the cash registers
• Accurately receive and process incoming shipments as directed
• Assist with inventory by completing cycle counts, counting physical inventory, stocking shelves, tables, and under cabinets
• Assist with visual merchandizing activities, company store special events and sales as needed
• Maintain store appearance by cleaning, dusting, and keeping sampling areas free of spill

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred) and have basic math skill
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. on occasion, stand several hours a day and climb ladders, bend, reach, squat, kneel twist, push and pull and perform repetitive motions
• Must be able to move large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, on a regular basis
• May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically as business needs require or to attend meetings or training outside of normal work schedule
