The National Sales Manager- Club, is responsible for increasing sales and developing new business opportunities within the club channel.

JOB SUMMARY

  1. The National Sales Manager – Club Channel is responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic relationships with key club channel accounts, specifically Costco and BJ’s.
  2. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships, and maximizing revenue and profitability within the club channel.
  3. The National Sales Manager will collaborate cross functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with Stonewall Kitchen’s brand vision and operational goals.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for Costco & BJ’s, building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key stakeholders to drive product placement and sales performance.
  5. Create and implement tailored sales strategies for the club channel to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and enhance Stonewall Kitchen’s brand presence in Costco & BJ’s.
  6. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and optimize product mix, pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability while aligning with club channel requirements.
  7. Collaborate with accounts to secure optimal product placement, develop promotional programs, and execute in-store events to boost brand visibility and sales.
  8. Work closely with marketing to develop club specific marketing materials, packaging, campaigns, and coordinate with product development to align offerings with customer preferences and trends.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the club channel to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  10. Manage budgets for trade spending, promotions, and account specific initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
  11. Provide regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market insights to senior leadership.
  12. Attend key account meetings as required.
Requirements
  1. BA or equivalent experience with 4-6 years of prior experience in customer service/sales, preferably in consumer goods market.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Proven leadership and motivation skills
  4. Previous experience managing club channel
  5. Ability to work in a fast- paced selling environment.
  6. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently
  7. Presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  8. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Preferred), specifically spreadsheet applications.
  9. Travel is required 40% of time
