Description

Reporting to the Brand Director – Food Brands, the Brand Manager – Stonewall Kitchen is a critical role in driving the company’s short and long term growth agenda. This role will be responsible for delivering aggressive growth for the Stonewall Kitchen brand, focused on key categories and building and executing plans to meet annual brand, share, and financial objectives, including both revenue and profit targets. The Brand Manager – Stonewall Kitchen will be expected to understand and showcase actionable consumer insights, strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and ability to manage impactful marketing campaigns.

· Brand Strategy & Insights: In partnership with the Brand Director, leverage macro trends, category and competitive analysis, and consumer insights to develop strategies and plans to drive immediate impact on the Stonewall Kitchen brand.

· P&L Management: Responsible for top and bottom line delivery in partnership with cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, PD, Category Management, Innovation, etc.) through growth strategies and plans and cost reduction opportunities.

· Business Analysis/Planning: Lead brand business analytics including monthly consumption analysis, shipment performance vs objectives, consumer panel data, marketing performance and financial information. Deep dive into category and competitive dynamics and recommend course corrections, risks and opportunities to deliver annual financial objectives.

· Marketing Activation: Develop marketing objectives, strategies and integrated plans to drive awareness, trial and engagement. Work with internal and external teams and agency partners to create, execute and measure big ideas, creative campaigns, and customer activation, including influencer, retail media and in store plans across key channels. Manage content strategy across Paid, Owned and Earned channels to deliver against objectives, measuring effectiveness through appropriate KPIs like ROI, brand awareness, engagement, etc.

· Product Portfolio Optimization: Continuously manage life cycle of products, ensuring portfolio remains relevant. Identify opportunities for renovation, innovation and sku rationalization.

Requirements
  • Minimum BS in Business / Marketing, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management, CPG Food and Beverage preferred
  • Experience in a traditional brand management structure or emerging brand experience
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Proficient in IRI/Nielsen data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing external agencies
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
