About you:
We are seeking a skilled & dynamic Digital Onboarding Experience Consultant to join our team and ensure a delightful online journey for our new customers.
Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital interactions that define our customer experiences.
A Digital Onboarding Experience Consultant is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online presence, user engagement, and revenue growth. This role is overseeing the process of introducing customers to digital products and services, ensuring seamless and positive experiences. Collaborating across teams designing user friendly onboarding processes to achieve business objectives. Strong leadership, data analysis, and understanding of digital platforms are essential for success in this position.
Day to day you will:
• Guide customers through the process of setting up and using digital solutions ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Build deep customer empathy and understanding of Access customers as they get started with our portfolio of products and find solutions to help solve their biggest needs
• Find new ways to leverage the services provided by our product, sales & support teams to create onboarding experiences
• Develop and use customer segmentation to deliver personalised experiences backed by data and user research
• Conduct research and create experiments to deliver data driven recommendations with focus on top of funnel conversion
• Drive new business growth opportunities
• Manage the development of innovative and personalized customer experiences, translating deep customer insights into innovative, bold strategies that deliver retention, customer growth and revenue growth
• Test new growth ideas, contributing across full funnel growth overseeing end-to-end collaborative experiments.
Your skills and experience may also include:
• Customer Experience or Product Marketing experience, including leading in a highly matrixed, cross-functional and fast-moving environment, developing product/service experiences and driving revenue & customer growth
• Passion for customers and technology
• Experience in digital customer experience, UX/UI design and digital platforms
• Proven track record of driving successful set up & onboarding digital customer experience initiatives.
• Customer champion with a design mindset and demonstrated strengths in experience design. Have led the creation of online experiences (from concept through production)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross functional teams
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and agile methodologies
