About you:

Legal Bricks are an ever-growing team, who specialise in providing great customer service to our client base throughout the UK. Dealing largely with Estate Agents and Legal Professionals.

Our offices are based at the Waterfront, in Dudley and you will be joining a friendly, growing team. Looking for a candidate who can add value to our team, assisting with our quality control and having the ability to learn and develop new skills quickly.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Using online sources and documents to check Local Authority Searches for any errors.
  • Regularly check for updates on Local Authority websites to ensure that our internal systems are kept up to date.
  • Read and evaluate written text for grammatical and typographical error
  • Liaise with search agents/suppliers to resolve queries on Local Authority Searches
  • Manage customer expectations with updates on any delays that arise when checking their searches
  • Monitors and reviews processes for ways to make procedures more time and cost-effective

As a well-rounded Quality Controller, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Logical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use your initiative.
