Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Business Partner has the primary role of acting as business partner to the Marketing leadership team in the People Division. The People Division is one of the largest Divisions at Access with 20,000 customers spanning from SMB through mid-market to lower enterprise; and offers leading HR and Payroll solutions to a wide range of industries.
In brief, they will support the cadence of the business, including:
Weekly pipeline forecasting and pipeline management
Lead Management reporting
Regular and ad hoc marketing reporting and business insight
Content and insight input to business reviews and People Division management meetings
End of month/quarter process and reconciliation
Additionally, they will have the opportunity to contribute and direct:
Marketing operational planning
Drive territory analysis, design and allocation
Execute on Go To Market operationalizing / program execution
Support the commercial strategy and recommend and advise commercial opportunities
Partner with other data teams and support the analytical community
Primary role responsibilities – detail:
Pipeline management, reporting, and analysis
Ownership of pipeline forecasting
Reporting for Key measures (ROI, Performance Scorecards, Management Dashboards, Ranking Reports etc…).
Opportunity coverage tracking by territory, solution and market segments according to Operating Plan KPIs established
Defining and driving the strategic and operating plan
Supporting Senior Management presentations (i.e. QBRs / GTM Reviews)
Assist in developing Divisional go-to-market strategy
Assist in Market penetration strategy
Keep up with the company’s sales plans & deployment models, strategies, territory plans, account management procedures, sales systems to ensure reporting is accurate and relevant
Assist with Account and opportunity planning
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions and revenue growth strategies
Work across teams to proactively identify continued areas of improvement and efficiency
Assess success and progress of new pricing strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative subjects (e.g. Maths, Economics, Engineering, Finance) preferred
Relevant experience (SalesOps, Business Operations, Marketing ops or similar) using data to identify growth opportunities and scale business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences. The role requires effective communication with colleagues from different backgrounds, like product, commercial, sales & marketing.
Mathematical, analytical, and data-driven decision making skills: extremely familiar in working with SQL, knowledge of Visualisation software, such as Tableau or powerBI.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel.
