About You: The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality consulting services that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. Furthermore, this role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients and maximise revenue opportunities. You are an experienced software consultant and/or practitioner in Recruitment and excellent communicator. You are passionate about delivering high quality projects. You understand how to deliver solutions to our customers. You take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of team of a Professional Services team delivering quality software that will make a difference to our customers. Day-to-day, you will: • Be a product expert on Access Recruitment CRM software solution and considered highly knowledgeable on Recruitment industry domain • Understand customer business objectives and how Access software can help achieve them. • Be responsible for implementing software solutions in a controlled and repeatable manner, following an existing process or creating a new process where required. • Display ownership, responsibility and demonstrate good decision making to achieve project deliverables. • Proactively support customers with timely professional communication. • Take ownership of your schedule, focussing on maximising your customer utilisation and keep Access systems up to date, ensuring all project administration is completed weekly. • Co-ordinate activities with team members and customers on small & medium scale projects and work alongside Project Managers on larger projects. • Identify Sales opportunities within the division and cross divisional opportunities and have commercial awareness. • Cross train and obtain skills where necessary to deliver chargeable services for Recruitment products. • Support the wider Recruitment team to ensure there is cross learning on best practice. • Troubleshooting implementation issues to ensure a smooth transition from the build phase to everyday usage. • Provide client education and training on the use of the Access software. • Form first class relationships with clients so they see us as a partner and the go to person for help in all thing’s related to Access Software Solutions. • Identify strategies to manage and mitigate risks effectively. • This role will require some flexibility in working hours to liaise with colleagues based in other geographies globally. The customer base will be primarily in the UK. Skills and Experience: • A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates a high level of operational excellence. • A good understanding of recruitment agency processes and practices or experience within the Recruitment Industry. • Good people management skills. • Ability to identify system and process improvements to increase operational efficiency. • Experience of working in a fast-paced complex environment. • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation. • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts. • Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail. • Always remain calm and polite, even under intense pressure. • Have a full driving licence.
