About you: • Drive great customer outcomes, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. • You will be able to demonstrate and articulate the value of Access solutions. • You will have a strong commercial understanding and be able to negotiate, handle objections, and communicate the value Access products and services bring to clients. • Have experience of managing a Services Delivery team made up of remote and office based resources in multiple countries • Have strong English language written and oral communication skills • Be a great internal collaborator, building great relationships across functions such as sales, product, customer success, support, and engineering. • You are curious, always learning, keeping up with industry trends, and pro-actively updating your industry and product knowledge. Day-to-day, you will: • Be responsible for team’s objectives including adherence to standard methodologies, Billable Utilization, Revenue, Margin, NPS and employee engagement. • Forecast and be responsible for the revenue generated by your team • Support and promote the generation of Self Generated service orders from within the team • Be a natural ‘go-to’ person for direct team members while also acting as local Service Delivery champion for Romania based resources delivering work for ERP division, assisting with alignment to division goals, priorities and expectations and supporting development of highly connected and inclusive divisional team. • Own and contribute to the Division’s strategic objectives. • Define and review Employee Success Plans with team members. • Mentor and develop team members. • Resolve issues within the team, creating a positive working environment supporting diversity and inclusion. • Be an escalation point for, especially for clients. Taking ownership of and resolving issues. • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product departments, as well as other Customer Success functions, to achieve strategic objectives. • Contribute to and assist with the deployment and adoption of new or improved business processes. • Lead by example, instilling company values throughout your team. • Help with the reduction of Churn Your skills and experiences might also include: • Previous experience of managing a team made up of remote and office based resources in multiple countries • Prior software or consulting/project management experience; preferably in the ERP space and / or in the Waste and Recycling management industry • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority both within Access and our client base. • Understanding of project delivery, and able to demonstrate project leadership, continuous process improvement, and client focus. • Ability to deal with conflicts, seeking and implementing resolutions. • Act with integrity, loyalty, and honesty. • Able to manage time to meet deadlines under pressure and with demanding workload. • Worked in a fast growth, high pace environment and track record of contributing to the development of the function alongside ensuing high quality customer delivery.
