We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow. Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them. What does Access offer you? We offer a flexible, hybrid working environment where you can balance work and life while maintaining a strong office team-based culture. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career. On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you. About you: We are looking for a skilled UX designer, possessing a deep understanding of user needs and the skills and experience to build beautiful and effective user experiences. Your expertise in design thinking and user research allows you to uncover insights that inform your design decisions. You’re passionate about the craft of UX and consistently seeking to hone your skills, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. • Independently own projects, with support from UX leaders and seniors as needed. • Plan and execute tasks, staying accountable and resilient with changing priorities. • Demonstrate expertise in User-Centered Design, from research to testing. • Measure success through user testing and behavioral KPIs. Day-to-day, you will: • Follow the UX process, highlight challenges within sprint teams, and suggest improvements to team leaders. • Recruit and screen participants, schedule sessions, and prepare research materials, contributing to participant lists. • Plan and conduct research to understand users' needs, generating actionable insights for design decisions. • Design interactions, create visual designs, prototype across platforms, and validate designs through user testing to identify and mitigate usability issues. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Provide UX insights and suggestions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops and effectively present research findings using storytelling techniques. • Propose improvements and innovative ideas within the sprint team and actively engage in the UX community. • Enhance design systems and contribute to DesignOps initiatives.
