Using Conversational AI, our platform automatically manages conversations for the user and directly saves time by automating their engagement. As a result of elay, recruiters free up more time for high-quality conversations with both clients and candidates. Day-to-day, you will: Conducting your own research on prospect companies, generating lists of decision- makers to contact Responsible for outbound sales, you will speak to high volume of prospect customers, identifying their needs and educating on our solution Generating high qualified leads, you will schedule product demonstrations for the Account Executive to perform Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline, meeting monthly and quarterly KPI’s to achieve the wider sales team goal Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients in a B2B environment An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts What are we all about?
