About you: • Passionate about delivering great client service • A promoter of our products, with excellent communication skills via e-mail, phone and through conference calls • Analytical and with a problem solving mentality • Able to plan, prioritise and work on multiple projects at the same time • Interested in learning new applications and technologies • Having a first experience in customer support • Proficient in English Day-to-day, you will: • Implement (configure) the system based on the information received from client or based on standard integration guide • Ability to adjust to client’s availability and amend the project plan, when/if necessary • Send meeting invites to the customers, prior to each session (for the sessions where client’s attendance is needed) • Deliver the training sessions for different parts of the system (show and explain to customer how system works) • Provide the client with the recordings and guides corresponding to the session What are we all about? Be You. • Maintain contact with the client throughout the entire training period to provide them with answers for any queries • Handing over the Client to Support once the system is up and running and the training was completed • Managing the project from start to finish
