About the Role: Access’ Construction division is a fast growing, dynamic part of the Access Group, which is expected to grow significantly both organically and through acquisitions over the next few years. We are looking for a motivated and highly capable leader to strengthen our management team globally while focusing on the Australian region. The Head of Construction in APAC will have full responsibility for growth of our Construction products (today COINS and ConQuest) in the region. They will support the global functional leaders to lead the team, and will set the strategy for the Construction segment. They will lead the commercial strategy, proposition evolution and competitive positioning in the marketplace. The role will be part of the global construction leadership team. Day-to-day, you will: - The Head of Construction in APAC is responsible for the overall performance of the Construction segment in the APAC region, within the ERP division. - The Head of Construction will be responsible for COINS and ConQuest products in the region - They will be accountable for the growth of these products and propositions, focussing on sales, retention, on-boarding and success of existing and new customers. - This role will work alongside the rest of the divisional leadership team for construction – to drive the right priorities for the region while supporting our global growth ambitions - The role will help shape the team structure required to be successfull in the region, and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the team Your skills and experiences might also include: - Extensive leadership in a revenue building role across ERP software - Hands-on approach and experience of leading the team with executional rigour, focus on performance metrics, and managing delivery cadence with clear accountability down to an individual rep level - Ability to be the business’ lighthouse figure in the market, in person and through social profile, ideally with track record of social selling in LinkedIn - Demonstrated experience of step-changing team capability incl. successful track record of talent upgrade - Experience working with an overseas hq’ software business and how they managed the relationship with the organisation What are we all about?
