We’re looking for people to join the newly acquired HireARA team here at Access. HireAra is an AI-Powered B2B SaaS platform that helps recruitment agencies present their candidates. We help candidates land their dream jobs, by making it easy for recruiters to make their candidate and their brand stand out in a crowded job market. We’re an AI-first product, with GenAI powering much of what we do About you: You will be a full stack engineer ideally with experience in the start-up world. You will also understand the ability to work at speed is key, as is being flexible and being able to work in a sometimes uncertain and chaotic environment. Day-to-day, you will: • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using AWS Serverless technologies, Python backend, and React/TypeScript SPA frontend. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that our applications meet or exceed performance expectations. • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with team members to help improve the overall quality of our software. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimise code for performance, and ensure that our applications adhere to best practices and industry standards. Your skills and experiences might also include: • AWS Serverless: Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito • Python backend • React/TypeScript SPA frontend • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, within a start-up environment • In-depth understanding of web development and experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and libraries • Experience with version control systems, such as Git • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/deployment practices At Access, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
