About you: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on retaining existing accounts while identifying opportunities to cross sell further into our RecOS platform, driving both customer retention and revenue growth. We are looking for strong and experience candidates that can: . • Demonstrate experience of organising your colleagues in customer success and the product and delivery teams to build meaningful relationships with your customers • Be responsible for developing customer relationships and manage and own the sales process with the support of presales & consultancy team • Build relationships with internal colleagues across key Access divisions and functions • Respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently and provide feedback to cultivate the rest of the team. • Host meetings at all levels with customers, including C-suite. • Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team. • Be prepared to organise telephone reference sites or site visits for either you own or other team member’s prospects. • To work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. • Achieve a sales target for annual software subscriptions and annual bureau processing alongside annual consultancy targets Day-to-day, you will be: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships. • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services. • Oversee customer retention processes to ensure ongoing satisfaction. • Monitor customer usage and engagement, proactively identifying areas for improvement. • Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary. • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular reports on customer metrics. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and build strong client relationships. • Ability to work independently and remotely: Self-motivated and efficient in managing tasks without direct supervision. • Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills: Expertise in resolving issues, organizing tasks, and managing projects effectively. • Familiarity with CRM software and tools: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage client data and interactions. • Experience in the recruitment industry would be advantageous; however, it is not essential.
