Apply to find out more. About you: You will be an Experienced M&A Integration Lead specializing in Facilities and Admin operations across global acquisitions. Skilled in developing and executing integration strategies, talent onboarding, and change management to ensure smooth transitions. Adept at driving operational excellence, enhancing employee experience, and aligning processes with business goals. Proven ability to deliver impactful office strategies and seamless handovers to Business-as-Usual (BAU). Day-to-day, you will: 1.Lead M&A Facilities/Admin Integration Across Deals Oversee all integration milestones and key activities across regions, ensuring alignment with Access’s best practices. Develop and refine the M&A Integration Playbook, collaborate with Facilities/Admin Teams on pragmatic integration plans, and partner with the M&A Communications Lead to organize acquisition Welcome Events. 2. Talent Management & Onboarding Support job mapping and onboarding for acquired Facilities/Admin talent. Coach new team members on Access’s culture and processes, deliver targeted training throughout the deal lifecycle, and ensure a smooth transition into the company. 3. Operational Analysis & Change Management Conduct discovery sessions with CEOs and support staff to understand acquired companies’ operations. Create impact assessments and change management plans, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and driving engagement. 4.Office Strategy & Handover Use footfall data and value creation plans (VCP) to make recommendations on office strategies. Support transitions to hybrid or remote work, and prepare detailed handover documentation to ensure seamless transitions from integration to Business-as-Usual (BAU). Your skills and experiences might also include: 1.Strong Coordination, Organization & Multitasking Advanced skills in coordination and organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. 2. Extensive Facilities/Admin & Cross-Functional Experience Proven expertise in operational Facilities/Admin roles, working across complex, matrixed organizations, and implementing best-in-class practices. 3.Influencing, Relationship Building & Project Management Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders, with experience in project and program management. 4.Adaptability & Growth Mindset Thrives under tight, ever-changing deadlines and embraces a ‘learn-it-all’ attitude to continuously improve.
