About the role: As a member of the Digital Sales team, you will be in a hardworking, fast-paced environment and have a portfolio of products to sell specific to the Cloud ERP Division. Your role will include finding upsell and cross sell opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. The role is office based and you will be expected to work variable hours to meet the demands of the role and the requirements of the customers. Within the Cloud ERP Segment, we have a portfolio of Fast Saas products, with the opportunity to grow alongside this fast-growing team. Day-to-day, you will: • Be responsible for developing your own demonstration skills and know when to call for assistance • Build a multi-level relationship with the customers and nurture every opportunity • Understand the business plans and expectations of your customers • Host meetings at all levels with customers • Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team • Always provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers • You may be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in selling software digitally is preferable • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts What are we all about?
