Day-to-day, you will: • Proactively manage the calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange travel in line with company policies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Assist with onboarding new starters, organize governance meetings, and provide administrative support, including preparing reports and correspondence. • Manage competing priorities and deadlines, delivering discrete projects and assignments while collaborating with other teams to support executive needs. • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and other PAs/EAs, to ensure smooth operations. Additional duties: • Provide administrative support to Executive Finance Leadership, assisting with projects and tasks as needed. • Offer support to other functional areas, helping with projects and assignments to meet broader business goals. • Organize and coordinate events where required, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives. • Provide guidance on Access Group Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across teams. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Strong organizational, secretarial, and administrative skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with sensitive and complex situations confidently. • Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and discretion. • Articulate, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion. Entry Criteria • 5+ years of experience supporting senior directors or board-level executives as a PA/EA. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong professional communication skills, with experience interacting across all organizational levels. • Ability to manage multiple time zones and maintain high typing speed and accuracy for efficient document handling.
