About you: Access is seeking a proactive and highly organised Internal Events and Operations Manager to join our dynamic Transformation and Excellence team within the Product and Engineering (P&E) function. Reporting to the Director of Transformation and Excellence, you will be passionate about delivering impactful and engaging function-wide events and providing logistical support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in relation to these events. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Chief Product & Engineering Officer's (CPEO) Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of events and activities, and contribute to internal communications for these. You will understand the importance of relationship building with the ELT and wide P&E community to deliver successful and seamless events. This is a pivotal role that impacts engagement across the P&E function, brings the function together for key activities and drives effective communication relating to these. Day-to-day, you will: • Define and maintain a yearly schedule of events, ensuring alignment with leadership team calendars • Plan, organise, and manage the quarterly P&E conference, including agenda definition, slide deck management, presenter coordination, and support on the day for both Teams or TV studio events • Coordinate the P&E fiscal year kicker session, to produce an engaging and impactful event • Plan and manage quarterly ELT offsites, including venue booking, catering, agenda setting, and travel and accommodation arrangements as required Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience: Demonstrated experience in event planning, including logistics support and related internal communications, preferably for senior leadership or large teams. Experience within a Software Engineering environment an advantage. Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent Powerpoint skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, running Teams Live events, and other collaboration tools. Attributes: A positive, proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and able to balance responsibilities with ease. Demonstrates attention to detail, great relationship building, flexibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure. What are we all about?
