About you: You’ll report to the Credit Manager and have excellent interpersonal and positive influencing skills, while also being able to demonstrate a track record of credit control success within a business with multiple thousands of customers. You will have the ability to build and nurture relationships across differing reporting levels and consider yourself someone who has a meticulous attention to detail and a passion for working in a methodical manner. Above all you’ll always provide your customers with the best customer service experience. Day-to-day, you will: • Secure strong credit control results using various communication formats. • Report information daily, weekly, and monthly. • Enhance systems and procedures for credit control efficiency. • Collaborate with sales and project teams to resolve site issues and free up debt. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a business with thousands of customers • Excellent communication skills; verbal and non-verbal • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure What are we all about?
