About you: As the Sales Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for providing deal support and governance resulting in high quality bookings and ensuring compliance, efficiency and scalability. You will serve as a deal advisor to the sales organization, while collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales to ensure efficient quoting, contracting, and document review with a focus on defining and driving standardization and policy adherence. Day-to-day, you will: • Support the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle and ensure all quote and opportunity details required for order processing and invoicing are completed. • Review quotes, proposals, customer contracts, framework agreements for accuracy and completeness and ensure all opportunity details are aligned. • Perform audit on all sales opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure the deal structure, pricing and first invoice date are compliant with the Commercial Policy. Escalate to Legal, Finance, Rev Ops, Sales etc and seek approvals as needed. • Partner with Commercial Finance and Billing team to analyze and structure complex deals to align with company objectives and customer needs. • Become a subject matter expert on deal operations and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for deal / order management. • Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed, especially during month end or quarter end. Your skills and experiences might also include: • 5+ years of work experience in a deal desk, deal management, sales operations, revenue operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Proficient in Salesforce.com, familiar in Excel, CPQ, finance billing systems and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process. • Experience in recurring revenue business models and / or familiarity with B2B software. • Ability to handle peak order volume to meet end-of-month and end-of-quarter deadlines. • Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization, with a “can do / will do" attitude in supporting the business.
