About you: We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our QA team. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to learn and help others. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll support our Product Development Team through both manual and automated testing (using Katalon), help define QA strategies and contribute to creating clear and effective test plans while following best practices. Day-to-day, you will: - Collaborate with the Project Team to understand requirements, define QA strategies, and ensure high software quality through functional and non-functional testing. - Create and execute test plans, test cases, and reports, identify and track bugs using Azure DevOps, and verify fixes through post-release testing. - Manage testing efforts efficiently, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support the deployment process to ensure timely, quality releases. - Document QA procedures and actively contribute to improving testing standards, tools, and overall QA processes. Your skills and experiences might also include: Must Have: - 1+ year of QA experience with knowledge of test levels, testing types, and test case design techniques. - Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experienced in writing clear test plans and test cases. - Proficient with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated and collaborative, with good English communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Nice to Have: - Experienced in API testing using Postman and using browser DevTools to identify errors and gather logs. - Basic understanding of automation concepts, including OOP principles and test framework structures. - Quick learner with a strong interest in new tools and technologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Experience in recruitment-related systems and QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
