As a Junior Customer Communication Executive, you’ll be the voice that keeps our customers engaged, informed, and excited about our products. You’ll develop customer marketing skills, work on real campaigns that engage our customers, and see the impact of your work every day. Day-to-day, you will: Create & Deliver Communications: Write and develop one-off and multi-touch email campaigns, newsletters, and in-app messages to engage customers effectively. Support Campaigns & Events: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns that boost product adoption and customer satisfaction; assist in promoting webinars, training sessions, and events to drive attendance and engagement. Drive Renewals & Develop Content: Create and execute campaigns using personalized customer portals to drive renewals and upgrades; work with customers and internal teams to develop compelling case studies and success stories. Collaborate, Analyze & Grow: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging; gather and organize customer feedback; track and report campaign performance and business impact (GRR improvement, upsell/x-sell pipeline); gain hands-on experience with marketing tools, analytics, and customer engagement strategies. Your skills and experiences might also include: Education & Experience: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired; hospitality experience is considered an advantage. Skills & Strengths: Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of marketing principles; eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Tool Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo or Hubspot), and design tools (e.g., Canva) is desirable. Mindset & Motivation: A proactive attitude and willingness to develop professionally while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives. What are we all about?
