About you:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our team. This role blends strong administrative support with the opportunity to develop commercial sales skills, making it an ideal stepping stone toward a future Digital Sales Manager position.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, processing smaller and fast-turn deals, and re-engaging older opportunities in the pipeline. The role suits someone with an eye for detail who enjoys process, but also wants to grow into a more customer-facing sales career.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Sales Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Salesforce; generate and prepare contracts, recontract paperwork, and proposals; ensure database integrity and smooth handovers; manage and route customer communications; handle queries related to billing, portals, or general services; and provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales, Marketing, and Contracts & Renewals teams.
- Processing Smaller Sales: Take ownership of low-complexity or low-value opportunities such as SaaS module add-ons, quick upgrades, and promotional offers; ensure these are properly qualified, processed efficiently, and closed promptly while maintaining accuracy and compliance in all contract and billing processes.
- Pipeline Reinvigoration: Monitor older, lost, or stalled opportunities in Salesforce; re-engage prospects through email and phone follow-ups to reassess interest; and escalate requalified opportunities to the wider sales team for progression.
- Development & Sales Support: Participate in targeted outreach and warm call campaigns; shadow senior sales colleagues to build discovery and qualification skills; and gain experience in digital sales processes, including CRM management, video outreach tools, and structured pipeline reporting.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience & Technical Skills: Proven background in sales administration, customer service, or similar roles; comfortable using Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
- Organisation & Attention to Detail: Strong organisational abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks while prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident phone manner and comfort in making follow-up calls.
- Mindset & Career Focus: Customer-focused and proactive approach, with a strong interest in developing a long-term career in digital sales.
