About you:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software License Analyst to support our Software Asset Management (SAM), License and Governance functions. This role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across SAM systems, generating actionable insights through SNOW Flexera reporting, and supporting compliance and optimization initiatives

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in SNOW Flexera.

  • Collaborate with SAM, Licensing, and Governance teams to align data practices.

  • Maintain and update software asset data within SAM tools and SNOW Flexera.

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across platforms.

  • Support audits and compliance reporting through reliable data management

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 2+ years in a SAM, IT Asset Management, or SNOW reporting role.

  • Familiarity with software licensing models and vendor management.

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.

  • Strong understanding of Software Asset Management principles.
