About You

You’re a curious and proactive finance professional who thrives in fast-growing, high-impact environments. You enjoy turning complex financial and operational data into clear insights that help the business make smarter decisions.

You take pride in improving processes, building scalable reporting solutions, and using automation or AI to make work more efficient. You’re excited by the challenge of supporting the Paytronix P&L business unit as it grows, and you want to play a key role in shaping the FP&A function to deliver real business impact.

You work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance and the business, translating data into actionable recommendations, and you enjoy finding creative ways to solve problems. If you’re someone who values both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, this role is a great fit for you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly financial reports for Paytronix leadership, Americas leadership, and the Board, providing clear insights into business performance.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis, identifying key drivers and opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with business teams to define actionable next steps.
  • Build and maintain quarterly forecasting models covering Revenue, OpEx, Headcount, and Cashflow, ensuring strong alignment with stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to guide strategic decisions.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Design and implement improved reporting structures and outputs that enhance visibility, accuracy, and operational discipline.
  • Identify manual touchpoints in current FP&A processes and lead initiatives to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with Financial Systems and Data teams to optimize data structures, templates, and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Leverage tools such as AI, Python, SQL, and automation platforms to streamline workflows and enable faster insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in FP&A, Business Insights, or Data roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
  • Experience using ERP (preferably NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, or similar).
  • Demonstrated track record of improving processes, driving automation, and partnering effectively with business teams to deliver impactful insights.
