About the Role

  • Lead and support a team of approximately eight Renewals Specialists across Romania and the UK, ensuring all work is delivered within SLAs and to high-quality standards.

  • Oversee daily operations including order processing, cancellations, down-sells, and customer queries on price uplifts, maintaining strong alignment with the Renewals Business Partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor team performance, remove barriers to productivity, and act as a point of escalation to resolve complex customer issues while ensuring revenue protection and process compliance.

  • Represent the Renewals Operations function in cross-functional projects and integrations, driving process improvements, data accuracy, and enhanced customer experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams to achieve consistent results and personal growth.

  • Strong background in customer service, order-to-cash, or finance operations, with solid understanding of accounting principles and revenue management.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing challenging situations professionally and influencing stakeholders to drive change.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in Salesforce considered an advantage.
