What You’ll Do
· Become the Smart AI product expert, supporting its implementation, training, and adoption across recruitment clients.
· Understand how Smart AI integrates with ARCRM, and guide customers through both products to meet their business goals.
· Deliver engaging training sessions to project teams and end users, ensuring confidence and capability in using Smart AI.
· Spot commercial opportunities, upselling relevant services and solutions that add value to the customer.
· Support cross-training and knowledge sharing across the Recruitment division.
· Troubleshoot implementation challenges, ensuring a smooth transition to live usage.
· Build strong client relationships, becoming their go-to contact for all things Smart AI and ARCRM
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in CRM or software implementation, ideally within the recruitment sector
· Strong understanding of recruitment agency operations
· Excellent training and facilitation skills
· Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
· Commercially minded, with the ability to identify upsell opportunities
